Avee looks after the servicing & maintenance of our sound, lighting & visual stocks. He also works in our installation division. His work is neat and his troubleshooting abilities are excellent. Avee is keen on cooking and all things to do with cars.
Keith joined the company in 2008 and since that time has begun to learn the skill sets that are required to become a technician. Keith works on the rigging of hire events and is fast becoming competent in operating small sound & visual events. He is also keen GAA fan.
Stephen has been our company accountant since Pearl AV began trading in 1995 Stephen looks after all things financial in conjunction with our other Stephen (White). If you have an accounts/financial query then Stephen is the person to contact. Stephen likes to play soccer and is a lifelong Liverpool supporter.
Donal has over twenty years experience in AV installation and is director of installations division. His planning, implementation and follow through abilities are shown in the many installation projects we have undertaken. Donal also heads up our maintenance and servicing sections. He is a keen follower of car rallying (which he also participates in). He is also a keen photographer. A lot of his pictures are used on our site.
Chris is now in her third year with Pearl AV. A native of the US she comes to us with host of skills and talents in both live sound and visuals. Chris is also versed in editing tools such as Final Cut & After Effects. She is a lover of music and regularly takes in the “gig” scene here in Dublin.
Managing Director. Frank has over 22 years experience in the AV industry & founded Pearl AV in 1995. Since that time the company has grown with a management and technical team who have an excellent understanding of client requirements and exceeding them. Stephen is a co- founder of the company and has over 20 years experience in the Hotel Industry. His strengths are in strategic planning and back office management. Stephen watches over all of our teams and runs our health, safety and HR section. Stephen is a real family man and a keen follower of GAA.
Hire Director. Paul has over 15 years experience in the AV industry. Since joining the company in 2002 he has become Hire Director (in 2005). A master planner Paul has played a key role in the growth & success of the company. His ability and knowledge in equipment keeps our stock modern reliable and environmentally friendly. Talk to Paul about choosing what is best for your event. Paul is also a keen film buff and lover of Sci-Fi in between following Liverpool FC.
Adam joined the Pearl AV management team in October 2008. He and his family recently returned from Canada where he worked in AV for over 7 years. This brings him to10+ years in the industry. His experience in live production gives real piece of mind to our clients that they are “in safe hands”. Adam is a keen photographer and has taken lots of our pictures on this site. Dagán is our warehouse manager. He co-ordinates the equipment for all of our events to the various crews making sure everything is in the right place at the right time. He also looks after our quality and stock control systems and keeps our record archive updated. This all goes towards a smooth and efficient delivery of events to our clients. Dagán is also a big Celtic supporter and travels to many of their matches.
Dave has been with the company since 2006. Already experienced in visuals he has expanded his portfolio greatly since that time. He is now fully experienced in Lighting, Sound & our Hi Def video and graphic presentation systems. His gentle demeanor and cool head are a real advantage on high-pressure events. Dave is a keen footballer.
Mark has been with the company since 2007. A fast learner and excellent with clients he is focused and committed to making your event a success. Mark is a keen wrestler (not with our clients!) and has been to Brazil to train with the professionals.
Alan joined the company in 2007 and was appointed as operations director in 2009. His ability to coordinate our busy event calendar with hand picked crew and look after all of our clients’ last minute requests and needs is a true example of multi-tasking.
